We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email/contact forms or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, order a diving card from PADI or arrange insurance with DAN Europe.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). PayPal handles the financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.

Who we share your data with
When you complete a PADI course with us. We provide them with your details to register your course completion so that you receive your certification card.
If you choose to buy the insurance from us. We will provide your name, date of birth, country of origin and email address to DAN Europe so that they can insure you.
How long we retain your data
If you choose to register at check out you are required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the diving and courses on our site in which you have expressed interest.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For PADI courses we keep your registration paperwork for 7 years to comply with PADI standards. After this time your paperwork is shredded. After 7 years if you would like to be removed from our database please send us an email.
For guided divers we keep your registration paperwork for 1 year. After this it will be shredded. We keep your details on our database so that when you return to dive with us the checking in process is easier. If you would like to be removed from our database please send us an email.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. PayPal handles all our online financial transactions.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
