As a SSI Diamond Training Dive Centre, we offer an extensive range of SSI diving courses from complete beginner courses like the SSI Open Water course, speciality courses or the Advanced Adventurer course, which are all taught by our experienced instructors who know what it takes to make sure you get the most out of your time under water.
We pride ourselves on our small group sizes and friendly atmosphere which means that you lots of personal attention from your instructor. Our staff are all highly experienced and qualified, and our instructors are all SSI Professionals, so you can be sure you’re getting the best possible advice and guidance. Playa Chica, our house reef is home to over 10 of Lanzarote’s dive sites from boat and shore including the popular Blue Hole & Cathedral. Dive with us among the colourful marine life in the warm clear waters of the Atlantic ocean. Seahorses, angel sharks, rays are just some of the marine life you may come across during your dives.
At Manta Dive Centre we offer daily guided dives from Playa Chica up to 3 times a day for certified divers – all year round. We have a daily boat diving schedule, including the Harbour Wrecks, Punta Tiñosa, Waikiki, Ritchie’s Reef and more! All of our dives are guided by SSI instructors. Not just a simple dive but an amazing experience! Dive in Lanzarote in the perfect bay, Playa Chica for you to take your first breath underwater. As you practice the breathing you can find fish swimming around your feet! What an incredible sensation! During the SSI Try Scuba Dive you will get to explore the amazing underwater world of Lanzarote and swim up close with the fish!
We run daily beginner dive trips from our dive centre. Conducted by our team of experienced SSI instructors, our beginners dives are done in small groups as your safety is our priority! During the try dive you will spend 35-45 minutes with your SSI instructor exploring the ocean while discovering a new world. You never know it may change your life forever!
Dive the Museo Atlantico in Lanzarote
The underwater museum is a fantastic addition to the incredible dive sites in Lanzarote. You can find it in a sheltered area near Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca. Not only does the underwater museum have over 300 sculptures, it has been designed so that the sculptures create an artificial reef. Experience a unique dive to the first underwater museum in Europe.
The underwater museum was first opened on the 1st March 2016. Before it was a sea bed with no life, you can see for yourself the evolution that has happened in 4 years. Now it’s one of the best dive sites in Lanzarote!
