We are pleased to announce that travel website TripAdvisor has awarded a 2018 Certificate of Excellence to Manta Diving Lanzarote. This is the fifth year in a row that our dive centre has received this award. So we’re sending out a big thank you to our divers for giving us such great reviews!
In Celebration of this latest award from TripAdvisor, here are five things we think give Manta Diving Lanzarote its unique charm…
1# Diving the best dive sites in Lanzarote
From the minute you take your first breath and glimpse the marine life in Lanzarote, you’re in for a series of “wow” moments. Lanzarote offers dive sites in Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Blanca, Charco Del Palo and La Graciosa. We offer diving from all of them! Both shore and boat diving. Playa Chica is our house reef, which offers over 10 dive sites, we are located just 100 metres from it! Playa Chica is rich in marine life, seahorse, angel sharks, octopus, stingrays and even in the rare sightings of turtles and Manta Rays!

With a reputation for safety, good quality diving equipment is key! We choose to use Aqualung and Apeks. We offer a full range of equipment with wetsuits and BCDs from XXS for the children all the way up to XXL. Carrying several options of wetsuits, including full wetsuits and shorties. We like to think that it’s not just the dive for why you choose Manta but for the whole diving experience. From the second you leave your hotel until you return to it. We like to think we have made a fantastic dive centre with everything you could need and more! Air conditioned minibuses to collect you. Comfortable classroom for paperwork and chatting with divers after the dive over a coffee. Spacious changing area for preparing your equipment out of the sand. Hot shower and toilets. Our location, just 100 metres from Playa Chica means that Manta Diving Lanzarote is the perfect location to dive Playa Chica and get all the facilities you expect from a dive centre. Our spacious centre offers you a wonderful place to dive from.

Throughout the years our PADI instructors have won numerous awards. The latest most notable ones are Ben for winning best dive guide for Summer 2017 at the Museo Atlantico. George and James for receiving the Elite 100 status from PADI for 2017. Our instructors pride themselves on looking after you above and below the surface, keeping you safe and ensuring you see the incredible marine life Lanzarote has to offer and having a great time throughout!
